Learning meditation is like learning bicycle.
Puneet Srivastava

It is a great comparison. Once you learn how to ride, it becomes automatic. I assume the same should happen with meditation but alas it has not. I learned how to ride a bike on my own and it took me half the day of riding in my backyard and falling before I got it. But once I got it, I got it.

Meditation, on the other hand, I think I got it once or twice but most of the time I stay stuck in monkey mind. Interestingly, those times I “got it,” I meditated with a group. I never got it meditating on my own, which I did for almost 20 years on a daily basis. I like the way you break down the steps and summarize.
