Voluntary, Task-Based, and Skill-Aligned

Participation is voluntary and based on individual initiative. Ambassadors get access to a private task portal that matches them with available opportunities based on their level and experience.

Incentives are discretionary and based on three core criteria: quality, impact, and complexity, each defined within the context of Vara’s contributor framework.

Quality — how well a submission meets defined requirements (clarity, accuracy, technical strength). For example, a technical tutorial with clear code examples, accurate commands, and verified steps would be rated higher in quality.
Impact — how much value it adds to the Vara ecosystem (e.g., driving adoption, solving user pain points). A developer guide that helps new validators get started, or a community campaign that drives local adoption, would be considered high-impact.
Complexity relates to the skill and effort required to complete a task. A basic translation or tweet is low complexity, while building a validator setup guide, managing a regional conference, or delivering multilingual educational videos falls into higher tiers.

Top contributors may receive recognition through digital collectibles, contributor gear, invitations to pilot projects, and early access to exclusive tasks.
