Good point about local support. I’m a native, more partial to Pips. No not all donuts are created equal, taste-wise and I think VooDoo taste like they don’t change the grease often enough. But some folks like that I guess. If you’re willing to wait in line over 30 minutes for a donut you’re out for something else, right? If you just want fried dough without all the posing and graming, there’s Heavenly, Annie’s, Tonalli’s… you’re still supporting local and the lines are shorter.
