Great that you gave and probably will again give #JTBD a shot! One hint to help for next time: Try to get as much input as possible from the customers themselves. And maybe a more concrete opinion: Trying to capture an outcome with Alan Klement’s tool is hard indeed — it’s not meant to deliver, what you expected from it. Klements way of doing things will not get you, what ODI calls an outcome.
