I actually did that for 2015 — whenever something good would happen, no matter how big or small, I wrote it on a small slip of paper and put it in a jar. On New Year’s Eve, I read everything I wrote down and it was a nice way to round out the year. It’s easy to get caught up in negatives, so I think it’s a great exercise to do. Great article!
