“Ask people what they want, don’t tell them what they need.”

Ramit Sethi, is one of the entrepreneurs I admire and respect the most. So this post grabbed my attention as soon as I saw Ramit’s picture.

He has a clear understanding about how to run a business. Being client-focused is what will make your potential clients want to work with you.

The reason? You give the impression that you understand them and that you have the solutions to their problems. But this only works when you speak their language (use the words they use and mirror their perspectives and concerns).

Yes, you might have set up your business for yourself or to satisfy your needs. But your business is as good as dead if you don’t satisfy your clients and give them what they want.
