What would next year look like if you started today?

As i said before these Scratchpads are really great, it’s really inspiring waking up in the morning and reading about challenges and stuff like that in an empathic way as you wrote above. I mean i’ve been there, not with running but maybe with swimming and now with biking….and i did at first just that “compared myself” with others that had maybe 1,2 or 5 years of biking experience. But after a while you know what, i just started going out and enjoying the process. And what a process it is where the mind tells you “no no no, stay home, let’s play video games and watch movies” but you still wanna be in the nature, in the mountains breathing fresh air and doing what needs to be done to get to the finish point.

After my ride this past Sunday, i came home tired af but also fucking happy :)) happy that i streched a self imposed limit i had, happy i had a great time with some new friends and happy that i spent 6 hours in the nature reconnecting with myself.
