No lie and amen to that! In college when we did laboratory work where we had to pick partners, no one wanted a woman partner except me and apart from the natural affinity, I immediately paired off with another woman because I knew women would be among the sharpest in intelligence because they had to fight hard and show great perseverance.
There was also a longitudinal study of female MBA graduates and to the surprise of the people who did the study, work-life balance did not drive these women and their goals. The chief problem women have in general is finding mentors and “rabbis” to help them navigate corporate politics and structures.
It was also observed that women did best with bosses who had no sons, but had a daughter or daughters. These subordinates would be mentored more than if the boss had sons.
