On the villains in your life
Jonas Ellison

I’m glad you added your post edit. Because I think you were missing something here. The more we pay attention to villains in our life story, the less we are focusing on our true self, on our creativity and on our uniqueness. We become dependant on others’ perceptions of us and we live our life according to others’ expectations. When we wake up in the morning, our mind is fast to give us a to do list, people to call, things we have to do. But if we stop the chattering (Kyle Cease says he starts his day by meditating 2 hours), then we won’t do what we are “supposed” to be doing. We’ll only do what we feel like doing, expressing our inner self and as Tom Asacker writes in “i am keats”, we’ll finally understand that “ Life happens in each moment”. :-)
