Incognito mode does not mean nobody can see what you’re doing. It means that your browser deletes the history of that window when it closes, uses a separate datastore for cookies (which also get deleted), isolates existing cookies (which means that you get new sessions for websites you have open (this is great for testing when you’re developing)), and some browsers disable any installed extensions (which can be problematic…)
