We are pleased to announce that our KYC/AML verification process has been re-launched. We have partnered with Civic to complete this KYC/AML process.
Please find below a step-by-step guide to ensure the successful completion of your KYC/AML.
- Download the Civic app from your app store
2. Log in with Civic Secure ID
3. A QR code appears, scannable with the Civic app (DO NOT SCAN the below code. Please go to the Virtual Rehab website to page 16 of 16 then click on “Connect with Civic” and scan the code there).
4. Scan the QR code with the app
5. Verification process begins
6. Enter your e-mail address
7. Enter your mobile number
8. Enter code received via SMS to verify phone number
9. Select an identity document for verification
10. Scan identity document
11. Verify legibility of identity document
12. Civic verifies identity document against trusted records
13. Undergo a selfie comparison and liveness check on the Civic app
14. Take a selfie for comparison and liveness check
15. Complete the selfie comparison and liveness check
16. Opt in to verify details on Civic Marketplace
17. Identity confirmed, attested on the blockchain, and reusable
18. Verification complete using Civic app
