It is our pleasure to announce that Dr. Walter Tonetto has joined Vitecoin as an advisor. Walter is Technopreneur and visiting Professor at top universities around the world, such as The University of Tokyo and the Waseda University in Japan. He will be influential in helping the Vite team build key and valuable partnerships across Asia. As a distinguished consultant in the crypto space, Dr. Walter Tonetto will be an important member of our advisory team!

Dr. Walter Tonetto is a celebrity consultant within the blockchain industry and a keynote speaker at several conferences around the world. He has advised a good number of tech startups and ICOs and will share his experience with the Vite team. He is also a delegate for EU-funded programs via IPEC in Istanbul, Turkey.

Walter received a Dean´s Citation (magna cum laude) for his Ph.D. at the University of Queensland and also works as a Professor at various universities around the globe. He has built strong relationships at high government and corporate level in Indonesia after setting up and operating technology companies there. In June 2018, he was appointed the Vice Chairman of the Global Blockchain Reesearch Foundation.
