“As a woman entrepreneur” — no one cares who you are, make your point and gtfo.

“We try hard, but again find ourselves with a 98% male candidate pool” — you clearly think that it is “wrong” or “bad” to have a high disparity between male/female hires, you agree with the “screeching” feminists in this regard.

“You could say they are biologically meant to be fluent in math and analytics” — okay, at least you agree that biology constitutes a human’s abilities, be it math, reading, or ice fishing.

“Sometimes, girls do gravitate more towards creative rather than logic problems, either naturally or due to the environment around them” — you also recognize that there might be an explanation for some disparities due to said biologies, however you make a distinction between nature and nurture, a distinction which I don’t believe exists given how human genes constantly interact with the environment and without these genes, a human would not even exist (imagine if a human didn’t have a gene which allowed it to breathe, that human wouldn’t even be born — all life relies on its genetic code to work).

“I’m doing my part to start encouraging my own kids early. We need more of it.” — well, that’s just messed up, ma’am, if your intent is to do brainwash kids. I don’t care what goes on behind closed doors in your house, but please don’t bring this to educational systems.

“I can tell you that our obsession with diversity and attempts to solve it are only fucking it up for the actual women in tech out there” — this is true, very often times you intend to do one thing but it completely backfires in your face if you don’t know what you are even talking about and make assumptions about the world which are completely unproven and unrealistic. E.g. men and white people cannot bring “diversity” to the table, or that it is “wrong” or “bad” to have a candidate pool filled with one gender group

“We get upset about the state of gender diversity in tech” — i guess this can almost be characterized as fact if you google SJW cringe compilations

“It reinforces to the male population that was already peeved by the diversity push that women aren’t that good at tech after all

They generalize that observation on the entire women in tech community” — no, don’t tell me what I am thinking or what other people are thinking, you don’t know what is happening in my head, so don’t speak like this is all just a matter of fact. This is so ironic — you talk about men generalizing and then you yourself go on to generalize the thoughts of “the male population”, thoughts which you are not privy to unless you have polled 50% of the US population (males in usa).

“Wage and income inequality” — okay, so you’re on board with the SJWs on this one, and based on your statements above you do believe that there is injustice in this inequality stemming from a majority male workplace environment and biological reasons don’t necessarily cover this point.

“Subliminal biases against women in tech. This covers a wide spectrum of things (from the “you are a woman, you must not be an engineer” to “you are a woman and hence biologically predisposed to being an inferior engineer” attitudes)” — virtue signalling is far from my favorite, so if I had the choice, I would never participate in countering these biases. Also, so long as people only *say* those things, these biases just end up being societal pressures or empty air that people may or may not be swayed to follow. I don’t believe there exists a law in the US which states that because women are predisposed to be inferior engineers then they cannot sign off on their work. No laws, no violence, and no physical barriers are holding a person in the US from searching for their desired job, so I don’t agree that this is an imperative issue for anyone.

“I’ve worked with many young women in high school and college, encouraging them towards pursuing computer science and getting a tech degree” — entirely within your right

“Many of them have opened up about the hostile environments they face even in progressive schools such as UC Berkeley and have thanked me for the support and encouragement.” — PFFFF, I hope that when these rich kids leave the university and face the the real world they will get crushed

“If we increase the inflow of women into tech education, we will automatically increase diversity in hiring.” — this is exactly what i mean. This woman is a full blown, pure bred, 100% SJW in her thinking, she just does it with a smile instead of screeching. To her, a male brings as much diversity to a table as a fly brings to a pile of shit.

“Educate men and women about how to detect and correct subliminal biases.” — oh, yeah, force your employees into rooms even if they haven’t in their life committed an act of violence against a woman or anyone else. It’s not like people deserve to be considered innocent until proven guilty, you can’t give the benefit of the doubt to your employees, especially the men because they are for sure evil.

Miss SJW you have not helped your cause
