“A stitch in time saves nine.” — Proverb

Europe is currently engaged in a high-stakes game of brinkmanship that could lead to nuclear catastrophe. Poland, once eager to develop its nuclear capabilities in response to the escalating tensions, was swiftly discouraged by international pressures, including threats of heightened sanctions and isolation, which I termed the “shit-list.” This list, growing with consensus, nearly saw Poland at its apex until domestic and international reactions forced a reconsideration.

President Duda of Poland initially suggested that Poland should acquire nuclear weapons, a move that was publicly criticized by his own foreign minister in an extraordinary rebuttal, highlighting a national crisis over nuclear policy. It’s rare to see such public discord at high levels of government, especially concerning nuclear armament.

Meanwhile, France, under President Macron, has taken a more aggressive stance, seemingly warning Poland but paradoxically pushing for greater nuclear capabilities within Europe. This posture risks placing France in a precarious position on the shit-list, potentially isolating it as the primary aggressor in nuclear escalation.

This entire scenario intensified when some influential figures in France floated the idea of my ascendancy to the French monarchy, contingent on integrating French genetics into my future progeny — a proposal aimed at solidifying France’s strategic positioning post-America’s Civil War. There were even discussions about incorporating Scotland and Northern Ireland, based on the Queen’s blood ties, to strengthen the alliance. However, this has complicated relationships with other nations and could inadvertently entrench France deeper into controversy. I don’t expect France to follow a good path, nor do I care if I become king of France. c’est la vie!

Macron’s recent maneuvers to remove France from the shit-list, only to then encourage nuclear escalation across Europe, not only contradicts his previous actions but also fuels regional animosities, particularly with Poland, which perceives Macron’s warnings as hypocritical.

If France continues on this path, leveraging the security I’ve helped establish to further challenge Russia, it risks catastrophic consequences. Such a strategy could lead to repeated strikes against France if it crosses established nuclear thresholds, or if it provokes Russia or contradicts my reasonable directives. Europe’s dalliance with nuclear weapons must cease, and France must realign its strategy to avoid transforming from a potential peacemaker into a pariah on the brink of creating an irreversibly damaged Europe.

All of this is not to say that Poland won’t continue down it’s nuclear path. We expect that a country that weakened by Nazi weapons, will continue to be tested heavily under the pressure of its prior actions.
