“I Have a Dream”
“I Have a Dream” is a world famous public speech by Martin Luther King Jr. during the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom on August 28, 1963.

The speech called for the end to racism in the United States and for civil and economics rights for all people.
The 28th of August was a very important day in American history. It was a defining moment of the civil rights movement. The speech was inspiring. On that day people found hope that their lives would change.
It’s incredible how talented Marten Luther King Jt was. He changed lives of millions of people. As for me… Well, I also have a dream, but it’s not so global.
I’ve been reading a book called “One day” and there was one moment that I found interesting. It was a short dialog:
-’I suppose the important thing is to make some sort of difference’, she said. ‘You know, actually change something’
-’What, like “change the world”, you mean?’
-’Not the whole entire world. Just the little bit around you”
I totally agree with it. I don’t really think that I can change the world, but I can change some thinks around me. I can make my closest people happier, give them a little bit more love, support them.
This is one of my dreams — to make my surroundings feel happy.
The second one is to travel. I want to see the world. I want to visit different countries, to taste traditional food of different cuisines, to meet people of different nationalities, and so on. I don’t want to spend my whole life in Russia. I love my country, but I want to see the other parts of the world. My biggest dreams for now are America, Island and Paris.
As always, fingers crossed🙈
That’s all for today!
Thanks,
Volchs
