If you have read our article about our donation addresses this article comes to no surprise. This is a list of platforms we’re currently developing that are using Volta as ground.
What is this?
If you didn’t know yet, Volta didn’t hold an ICO or had a premine. We hope to get a few donations at the start of the project to help us to more easily get started with development. But donations aren’t going to the way we’re going to fund our later development. We’re going to launch platforms using Volta to enable us to further develop Volta. This will also help make Volta with many real world use cases. Here’s the list of currently planned platforms.

A webwallet in which you can easily keep track of your finances, keep track of the amount of Volta you own and keep track of your withdrawals and deposits in one easy place.
Voltex | 2019
An exchange on which you can trade for and against Volta. Created to make it as easy as possible for our users to buy. With options to see charts and histories and and option to not.
Voltachat | 2020
A secure p2p chat, powered by blockchain. So you can talk to your friends knowing that that’s it and knowing that their messages are really theirs.
VoltaMarket | 2020
A marketplace on which you can buy and sell items using Volta. Made to make it easy to earn and to spend Volta on real life items you’d like to acquire.
Voltasmart | 2021
Smart contracts using Volta as chain. This to make it easier for anyone to create any contract using Volta and to help others by making it easy to use our chain as basis for their projects.
Voltdata | 2021
Datastorage on the Volta blockchain. Made to last, be easy to use and made to make sure that your data is yours and no-one can take it down or edit it.
Voltavpn | 2022
A vpn service using the Volta Blockchain to make sure that your data is secured and that you don’t have to worry about any censorship rules in your regions.
Is that everything?
In terms of platforms these are currently the only platforms of which we are sure we can promise the development. There are also other projects we’re working on like VoltaZero (zk proofs for Volta) which are not mentioned here as they’re projects for the Volta blockchain and not platforms build on top of Volta.
