Voxel X Network appoints Eric Ramsey as Chief Technology Officer
Voxel X Network is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric Ramsey to the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO), further strengthening our executive leadership team.
Eric brings over a decade of experience as a web3 blockchain developer, having worked on several notable blockchains, nft marketplaces, DEXs, and node network developments, as well as developing customized web3 innovative technological solution integrations.
Eric will be one of the leading faces at Voxel X Network, heading the entire development division. In accordance with the Voxel X growth plan, he will be in charge of steering the product development teams while maintaining a constant focus on quality, creator & community centricity, and innovation.
Eric will become a familiar face for the community, strategic partners and key stakeholders to uphold the confidence and integrity in Voxel X technological development.
We are fortunate to have had a longstanding relationship with Eric, throughout which he has consistently demonstrated to be a person of integrity and trustworthiness, not to mention that he is a close IRL friend of fellow Voxel X leadership team member Kim Groot aka Ubergeek.
Eric takes on the role effective immediately and we welcome him to the Voxel X family.
A summary bio from Eric Ramsey himself:
My Name is Eric Ramsey and I am a blockchain architect with a background in computer programming.
I started my journey as a child, playing around with coding mods for games like Wolfenstein and Doom on MS-DOS and Apple 2 systems. As time progressed, I became interested in stocks, bonds, and margins, and eventually discovered the world of Bitcoin.
When the coin was worth only $35, I was given the opportunity to purchase physical Bitcoin at $100, which sparked my interest in blockchain technology. Despite skepticism from those around me, I soon discovered Ethereum upon its launch and dove deep into the world of tokenomics, consensus algorithms, private keys, and blockchain architecture.
At the dawn of NFTs, I entered the art space and became an early adopter of OpenSea in March 2018. Since then, I have been a part of many major launches in the NFT marketplaces. I have also helped various marketplaces, blockchains, brands, and other innovative projects launch and thrive, building tokenized ecosystems for art, music, and technology.
