Maintain your composure and do a brave thing everyday

These days, I constantly ask myself to do the two things above.

When I was a kid, I used to be a introverted one, afraid of talking to strangers and sharing my stories to others. My relationship circle can be counted on the fingers of one hand. I was constantly pushed to not ask question but rather finding the answer on my own, make decision that should be very “risk averse”, etc. Thus, I established for myself a handful of negative aspects of personality: self-centered and overthought.

However, from the moment I stepped on this job, I recognised that I have to become fearless. If you don’t do it, you never know the final results. Then, face your fear, open your mouth, and speak up. Let the end results teach you. Embrace failure. Accept others’ complaints or compliments. And smile off your mistakes. DON’T TAKE YOURSELF TOO SERIOUS.

In the end, nothing really matters, and everything will be fine.
