Research Rabbit: Discovery App for Researchers Powered by AI

Say goodbye to traditional methods of searching for research papers and embrace the future with Research Rabbit. This powerful discovery app is specifically designed for researchers, allowing you to visualize papers, discover author networks, and share your collections with ease. The best part? It’s completely free. Here’s how to get started.

You can access Research Rabbit by visiting their website researchrabit.ai.

Follow my X (Twitter) Account for more tutorials like this: https://twitter.com/Vugar_Ibrahimov

1. The main page of Research Rabbit looks like this, and you can sign up by clicking on Sign up button:

2. Once signed up and in, you’ll see Research Rabbit’s user interface.

3. First, you need to create a collection. To do so, Click on New Collection or +Collection button.

4. Name your collection.

I named my collection European Union Migration Laws.

Once you’ve made a new collection, Research Rabbit will ask you to include papers.

Tap Add Papers and a search bar will appear.

5. Type in the title or keywords of a paper or book related to your project. You can also use things like DOI numbers to find sources.

Then, just click the Search button.

If you use Zotero you can import your Zotero collection.

You can also upload BibTeX or RIS files.

6. Research Rabbit will show you a list of sources that match. To add papers to your collection, click the Add to Collection button for each one.

7. When you’re finished adding papers you’ll see the papers you added, and you can write comments about them.

When you add a paper, Research Rabbit gets its summary and checks for a free PDF.

You can also check out Similar Works related to the paper.

8. Research Rabbit shows a picture that lets you explore the connections between papers or authors in a scholarly network.

9. You can easily access the content of a source by clicking on any blue circle. This action will open up the source and provide you with access to its PDF.

10. In the Graph Type menu, you can change the way the graph looks and arrange the sources by their dates.

As you keep looking around, Research Rabbit keeps finding new groups of related scholarly stuff.

You can also check out these groups by looking at the references or mentions in papers.

This helps you find out when authors are connected through their work.

It’s like discovering hidden connections between researchers and their ideas.
