Paul ritter who dies at age 54

The actor played haines in the 2008 James bond flick ‘Quantum of solace' and starred in Harry potter and the half blood Prince as eldred wopple and passed away at home. After suffering from brain tumour.

His agent confirmed the sad news suddenly saying “ it’s very sadly we can confirm that Paul ritter was passed away last night”

He was died peacefully at home with his wife polly and sons Frank and noah by his side. He was still 54 and had brain tumour.

The news has been met with sadness from many in the UK industry and beyond

Paul was very talented actor playing an enormous variety of roles and stage and screen with extraordinary skills. He was kindly intelligent, and very funniest man. Hope we miss him sadly.

He stared as martin in all six ‘Friday night dinner’ series - alongside Tamsin greig, Simon Bird, Tom rocenthal and Mark heap from 2011 to 2020

The actor was nominated for a Tony award in 2009 for his performance in Alan ayckbourn’s farce “the Norman conquests" on Broadway.
