I feel that best you can do is being a professional and discuss issues with the persons involved. Best to do it with colleagues having the same sort of issues. And hope to get the feedback and a willingness to change. If that doesn’t help, what left to do as a mere developer, product owner, scrum master, project manager? I don’t know. Probably leave and join a company with a healthy environment.
