Risky Whiskey or Science Under the Influence?

Ironically, they are placing their consumers at infinitesimally greater risk by using conventional corn which likely has been sprayed more thoroughly with chlorpyrifos, one of the very few organophosphates which does report to the distillate. The GMO corn may have somewhat lower levels, but chlorpyrifos is a pesticide, so is very widely used; see Lorsban, Dursban, etc. The weedicide glyphosate does not carry over into the distillate.
