Crowdsourcing the most f*cked up game of all time
Once I realized my buddy Q had a poop phobia it was on! Anything involving poop was immediately a no go for Q, he was always going to choose the alternative, no matter how ridiculous it was. On top of that his reactions to these disgusting dilemmas are comparable to a black guy watching an awesome magic trick. So my friends and I fired would you rather questions at him for the next few hours. His reactions, ridiculous decisions, and our discussions had me literally crying with laughter by the end. And thus the game Would You Rather (WYR) was born.
WYR is a game where you ask someone a question starting with “Would you rather…” and then provide them 2 options to choose from. The only rule is they must choose only one of the options, no matter how much they don’t want to choose either (or how much they love both).
We did not invent the game Would You Rather. However, our version of the game with exclusively disgusting and offensive questions has yet to be created into a party card game.
I fuckin’ love the game personally. Mostly because I love coming up with sick and twisted dilemmas. But also because it stimulates some interesting conversations. After every question there is usually a discussion about the question and analysis of peoples answers. The game is the ultimate ice breaker. Not only do you get a feel for how fucked in the head these people are, but you also get people to be real. Because once you start crossing boundaries and stretching peoples limits their true colors show, and its excellent (most of the time). The only downside is that sometimes people don’t get to participate as much as they would like to. It’s usually because their mind just doesn’t work in the same demented way that mine does. They end up struggling to come up with thought provoking and vomit inducing questions. They do of course participate in the discussions that follow each question, and the occasional dry heaving. But they don’t get to participate in the question asking…until now!
With the help of my sick and twisted friends, we will be making the most fucked up version of Would You Rather ever. The card game will cover a wide range of disgusting topics including but not limited to beastiality, necrophilia, and poop stuff. However, we don’t want to do this alone. I know if I combine the minds of all of the twisted individuals I hang with, we can probably come up with a solid deck of playing cards. However, that deck of cards will be even better if we tap into the sick minds of all you guys! So we will be crowdsourcing the questions for this game.
