Recruitment in Africa sketism and recession

Looking for a job anywhere in the world is a tough job and there’s always the uncertaintyof being rejected. There’s always a lot to consider when looking for a job and when recruiting people. Companies are always looking out for the right candidate to join them and will not go for anything less that the defined qualifications asked for on their job portal.
Recruitment is not an easy process that is completed within seconds or even minutes. Every company goes through a series of candidates till they find the perfect match. Africa is a country that people are septic about since there’s hardly any life in the country a part from all the wildlife found in their forests. People have always felt secure in their own home towns and have wanted to move out of their own safety nets. The recruitment in Africais tough since there any too many job openings in town or rather not too many people want to live in a country like Africa.
Every employer or worker is bound by the the labourlegislation law and the contract they’ve signed with their company or industry. When looking for the perfect candidate, the company looks into their past experiences, work references, criminal record if any and credits. The recruitment agencies market themselves and advertise about looking for the right person, the perfect employee and interview all those who come in for an interview. The major accessibility of jobs is about 80% which is often offered by tiny businesses with 50 employees. A business owner or manager will pay a fee about 19,000 from those who earn about 13 grand a month.
These earnings have proved to be a big portion of a person’s savings. The ratio has shown that all the positions vacant in a company is completed with a simple “Word of Mouth”. The employer can always put in a word with their friends in looking for a job or trying to get into the same company their friend’s are working in. References always works in the line of recruitment and applying for a job. The recruitment in Africa is not as simple as it looks and it’s always the same process every year even during recession. Recession is a process where people get laid off and a tough period when looking for a job becomes even tougher. Recession is a tough scary period every company goes through.
