Following an action-packed first day at Consensus, Wachsman staff immediately hit the ground running for an exciting and invigorating day two. Whether it was attending expert panels or greeting attendees at the Wachsman booth, our team stood at the ready to assist our clients as they made their mark on this exciting conference.
Here’s a look at day two of our Consensus Catch-up — a substantive overview of the people we met and the conversations we had. Over three days, we hope to make you feel like you’re right in the thick of the action. Here’s your daily rundown:
At the Wachsman booth, our team members stood at the ready to meet a diverse selection of the 4,000+ attendees that visited the New York Hilton Midtown on Tuesday, May 14. Above, Events Director Maggee Dorsey, Senior Account Executive George Joyce, and Strategic Partnerships Principal and U.S. Lead Lucinda Bell and Thomas Curran-Levett are pictured at the booth after a long day of networking. Every year, we look forward to the opportunity to discuss our expanding service offerings with both current and prospective clients. If you have the chance to stop by our booth (#319), please do! We look forward to meeting you.
Staff in Action
Not only were Wachsman team members available at the Wachsman booth, but they were also located in and around the New York Hilton. Below, Senior Account Executive Adam Badwari and Account Supervisor Layla Tabatabaie were spotted posing with the Dapper Labs team. Everything is better with a Cryptokitty.
Also pictured was Account Supervisor Kayla Kaplan, who can be seen donning headphones in the Coindesk LIVE room. Coindesk LIVE showcased exclusive panel discussions and interviews that were live-streamed around the world on the Coindesk website.
At the Women’s Lounge stage, Wachsman staff attended an informative mid-afternoon session entitled “How Blockchain Can Be Regulated?” Moderated by Megan Penick, Partner in CKR’s New York Office, the expert panel of female leaders in the emerging tech space discussed the intricacies surrounding compliance in blockchain. Notable panelists included Diana Barrero Zalles, Lindsay Danas Cohen, Diana Stern, Ramona Tudorancea, and Jenny Leung. It was truly a highlight of Consensus day two.
