fix can’t set the locale ubuntu

Everytime I started setting up a new VPS with Ubuntu, it always bug me with can’t set the locale; make sure $LC_* and $LANG are correct

So here’s a note about this time how I fix the error.

just add these 3 lines to .bashrc

export LANGUAGE=en_US.UTF-8
export LANG=en_US.UTF-8
export LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8

than run (either sudo, or under root)

locale-gen en_US.UTF-8
dpkg-reconfigure locales

Hope this will help me next time I setup a new VPS
