Data Literacy, Product Design and the Many-Faced God
Monica Rogati

Whenever I try one of these smart photo apps I leave (soon) with the impression that it barely better than random.

I want my machines to learn about context, which photos I access coming from Contacts vs Facebook, add in which I used a lot in posts on the same app I’m in, what I would up with after 14 searches that gave me the wrong photo.

My phone is with me all the time, knows who I talk to, where I went to yesterday, who’s in my network and even how I don’t eat an apple when I search for Apple.

Plus, it knows that about you, and everyone else.

These photos AIs would have my self-driving car parked somewhere off the coast of Uraguay.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
