Download and use F.lux for your laptop/desktop. It reduces blue light at dusk, based on the timezone you set for it. It’s a huge help (and no need for an hour of gogglin’). Also, if you’re reading before bed and your bedside light is decent, you don’t really have to worry. 45–60 minutes of non-blue light time is enough. (It’s one reason I make sure I read for a minimum of 45 minutes before bed, using a soft/warm light bedside lamp.)
