Are you ready for research challenges that involve physical spaces, digital products, and service design?

Fast forward one year:

You helped WeWork make better decisions about what to work on, how to prioritize projects, and become a listening organization. Good year!

You established a research and insight-driven system for localizing WeWork to international markets in collaboration with UX design team leads, a Service Design Lead, and key internal stakeholders. This made our architects, interior designers, and community teams extremely happy. Thanks to you, we are now better prepared for opening WeWork locations in new markets — all due to your research.

You also helped us establish the design research practice within WeWork by mentoring and developing design researchers, designers, and supporting cast. By working with our research participant recruiter, you developed effective recruiting techniques, manageable incentive systems, and improved communication around research. We couldn’t be happier!

You know what, we could! Since you joined, you’ve been making huge waves by establishing a shared understanding among (internal) WeWork stakeholders with regards to the difference between basic expectations, high-quality functionality, and excitement generators for our members. We are impressed! You were able to move mountains and influence WeWork strategy based on research results.

Not only that, you also created, collected, and analyzed weekly member engagement metrics, to reflect how WeWork is delivering services. Your reports and presentations are giving our executive team constant feedback on where things are going well, and what we can improve.

We thank you for your dedication and hard work. We look forward to the next four years!

Now back to today:

If you are an experienced design researcher, and would love to be part of a new approach to physical, digital, and service design, you should apply to this position. We promise great challenges!

You will join us in our New York City headquarters, where we’ll provide the resources you need to bring out the best in your talents and skills.
