Congratulations! I think you will have a huge impact on the world in your new role. These mindset changes are difficult to germinate universally by a company no matter how much is dedicated to it. Companies make things and universities make minds.
Coaches do too, and I hired your dad. If you teach people what he taught me, those students will have at least one class to justify a return on their tuition.
