When working with a group and the response to a difficulty is “it’s impossible” or “we have to endure this inefficient process because “the system” won’t let me/us” I often say “We put a man on the moon DECADES ago. I am sure we can fix this.” I work in HR. Sharing your experience of the launch reaffirms and reminds me, humans, not superhumans nor aliens nor demigods put MEN and WOMEN on the moon and beyond.
