Hey Christopher, Thanks for the response. I respect your viewpoint that the current system is working but have to respectfully disagree for many of the reasons outlined in the article. I would also point out that the NBA Commish, NCAA President, and numerous NBA players have all condemned the rule so I am not sure that anyone in the process agrees that one and done is working. I definitely agree with your point that we need to somehow protect teams from themselves, although I think teams fall in love with “potential” too often whether that is a one and done player or one coming out of high school.
