Thanks for the response! It just seems that so much focus is placed on the “millennial” angle right now and while the definition does say mid 80's I feel like the popularized discussion focuses on the 2o-somethings and overlooks the bigger picture of a 20–50 year-olds (and older) who simply don’t think the way previous generations do, and have been battling for years to loosen the death-grip that baby boomers have on so much of our world, and see ourselves as a single forward thinking culture not as a “generation”
My gut reaction to the title was that many would dismiss it as the next “cool” thing that is being created to catch the 20 something crowd and “distract them from their lost world” and “aimless ambitions” when in fact it’s so so much more, and had a profound effect on me as an attendee. :)
Sorry if I reacted harshly. I’m probably being little sensitive as a 41 y.o. myself, Hahha. The article you wrote was great tho, and perhaps we’ll meet at a future event!
