It is a bit obvious whodunnit and does drag on a bit … like he was getting paid by the word … but it’s still definitely worth reading — there are some nasty, twisted ideas in there that make the rest of it worth the wait.

Hmmm … instinctively, I’m inclined to say “Don’t kid yourself — it’s all written, so you’re bound to steal someone’s style … and bound to be stylistically influenced even if it isn’t.”

Moreover … there are only so many chords in the English language and nothing new under the Sun — to coin a phrase “Great artists steal.” ;)

But … go on … let’s hear your argument first.
