Why we only work 4 days a week during summer

Sometimes I read these Basecamp posts and I’m all like, “This is not possible. Real companies expect people to work 60 hour weeks. We will lose to our competitors if we do not keep up.”

Then I think of the balloon factory analogy from Tribes by Seth Godin and I realize I’m being a status quo, risk-averse balloon factory worker.

Step 1 is self-awareness, right?

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
