Open Letter to Intel’s Board of Directors from Wigdor’s John Doe Client

On September 12, 2024, our client John Doe sent an open letter to the Board of Directors of Intel. In the letter, published below, Mr. Doe expresses his despair that his own employer — Intel — would seek to publicly “out” him and subject him and his family to serious risk of violence. Mr. Doe’s letter also highlights the hypocrisy of Intel and its lawyers at Morgan Lewis, Intel’s ongoing support for the individual defendants and Intel’s apathy towards complaints concerning antisemitic behavior by its employees. We stand firmly behind our client and will continue to do everything in our power to protect his anonymity and hold Intel accountable for its abhorrent behavior.
