A community is defined as a group of people working together toward a common goal. Without a goal, there is no community.

Collaboration is a key factor in building a healthy community. People thrive in environments which free them to communicate and work together. When an environment is focused on collaboration, community members naturally feel a part of something bigger than themselves. The best way to transition from an individual to a collaborative mindset is to equip each community member for active participation.

Stox.com users come from all walks of life, with different backgrounds and perspectives. The diversity of users has a few advantages:

  • People can and do differ with each other.
  • Users can learn as much as they can from others.
  • Users can evaluate a new ideas
  • Users can seek to understand all angles

Community is expected to produce results, a collaborative environment is essential for the platform’s success.

The power of the Stox network comes from creating a whole that is larger than the sum of its parts. Basing operation on a common currency, STX, will generate trust for users and mainstream audiences as well as provide a liquidity pool required for frictionless operation. Basing execution of events on a common technology will ensure interoperability between providers and a standard level of security and fairness throughout the network.

A decentralized ecosystem provides a robust model of operation. While specific nodes can always be shut down, without a centralized point of failure, new ones will emerge as the ecosystem keeps growing. The infrastructure is separate from the entities that act as providers and operators, minimizing the exposure to regulatory scrutiny and related costs.

A collaborative environment allows users to choose and predict freely, by learning from each other. But more importantly, it helps the platform to be flexible.

But we can never force the users to participate or share their ideas unless they feel trusted and respected. To build a collaborative community, Stox will first create an environment based on trust. Trusting each other and trusting the platform is essential to promoting creativity and innovation. By utilizing the decentralized nature of blockchain technology, Stox aim to bridge all the gaps, both individually and collectively.
