Attimo Winery

Attimo Winery is located in Christiansburg, VA and opened up in the spring of 2011. Attimo started out with only having “test vines” till having over 11,000 vines on the property. Fun fact about Attimo is it means “in the moment” in Italian.

1. 98 Sonnet

Vidal Blanc, dry, white, crisp. This wine recently just won the 2014 Governor’s cup (VA)- Vintage (2012) Bronze. This wine pairs well with any seafood including shrimp, crab and lobster.

2. Sudden Downpour

Apple/white blend dessert, white and fruity. This wine is a dessert wine therefore it is intended to be used as a dessert after dinner to do the heaviness of the wine.

3. Off the Cuff

Riesling/Chardonnay Blend. Semi-sweet white wine. This wine pairs well with Havarti cheese, chicken, pears, and trout.

4. Ad 325

Chambourcin, Dry, red with bold flavors and cherry undertones. This wine pairs well with rib eye, black cherries, grilled tuna and cheddar cheese.

5. Bull Frog Symphony

Dry, red blend. Smoky and peppery. This wine pairs well with red meat and heavy cheeses.
