I love lists like this and I’m sure many other people do. I think it’s important to stress though that a list is only as good as the things you use from it. So I suggest for anyone reading this, just pick ONE thing and do it. Journal when you wake up for a week, see how that goes. Don’t try anything else until you have consistently performed the chosen new habit for a prolonged time. Because after that it takes no mental energy to keep it going, only then would I suggest pursuing another habit from this list or any other list.
