Hi Janice. I’m so sorry you’re going through that. And I assume it’s extra frustrating since people assume you lose weight when you go off of gluten — which is not the case of a lot of people. It makes sense that you were able to eat anything again when gluten was removed and therefore the weight went on. Luckily there are so many stellar gluten-free products out there that are getting healthier and healthier, versus those with high levels of sugar and starch to replace the gluten.
