A ton of great advice here.

To me the most important on is #5 Use a one page proposal — it’s short quick and to the point — the client does not get frustrated or confused. Don’t add 3 pages of terms and conditions to it. Link it to your FAQ if need be.

Second I like #2 Everybody does the damn picture thing in my business — -workplace environments — it’s our industry porn — people won’t look at anything that does not have pictures in it. Be different and set yourself apart.

Once again Jason shows how strong of an out of the box thinker he really is at dealing with the day to day problems of the business world. And more importantly, he is not afraid to give his knowledge away.
