Folks — -the whole idea here is what you and your team can put into your own pockets for your hard work. It’s about gross profit and not insane sales revenue numbers. Fill a niche, service the hell out of your clients, and make money. More of my friends who have startups that follow this simple premise are doing well, their teams are well paid and happy, and the dam thing works.
