Gary, hate to say it but your way off course here.

you need two things to take that small startup to the next level

1. Confidence that you can do it.
2. Hire people better than yourself to make it happen.

I’ve seen above average people get a solid idea going and know that they.don’t have the skills to grow it and then they go find whom they need to make it happen.

I’ve seen it time and time and time again.

Get your ego out of the way, turn it over, and everybody makes money
