Great article. One issue that I always have with this process is people being fixated on deal size — people are always fixated about landing deals above a certain dollar amount.

Never lose track of the fact that the smaller deals have few decision makers and are far easier to close quickly than some of the “big fish”.

I’d rather close 4 disciples in a day that are out evangelizing my product(what ever I’m selling) than deal with all of the red tape/ time lost/ bidding process of the big fisg
