The Right Money at the Right Time

Great piece.

Personally, chasing the money is a full time job for at least one person in the company for at least six months. That time could be spent plowing back into the company and developing it further. Personally — -Bootstrapping is the only way I go.I’ve found out that unless you’re A SaaS product the doors are closed to you. The VC crowd can’t thing out of their sandbox.

I’ve split with my partner of 18 months and I’m building out what I perceive as the correct on demand office furniture platform. It’s going to take a few grand and that’s it.

You have a different problem as you need to actually produce the goods upfront and it tough to expand the line without more cash flow. How about taking the brand to a hip retailer and partner with them.
