Hate to say it but I 100% totally disagree. I work in 2 companies in the SMB office furniture market. We haven’t seen people green lighting expansions like this in years and these folks are the most cautious when it comes to dropping a dime.
We liquidate furniture out of the Fortune 500s and sell to the new era SMB’s These companies are what is growing the economy and there is no sign that their putting the brakes on.
Everyone of my landlords that specialize in 10000 sq ft or less deals in holding minimal inventory Rents per square ft are going up.
We’re still growing and will continue to grow
