Something that’s been sorely needed. Many organizations do not have one person who’s job it is to keep the train on the tracks. many CEOs are brilliant thinkers yet they can’t execute day to day or have milestones met. They are too busy.

I encountered this direct issue with the last startup that I was associated with. The CEO was just left to pivot at will on whatever his thought the new direction was to be even though group decisions had already been made on next steps. I left out of sheer frustration on a business that should be wildly profitable and moving forward after two years.

A Chief of Staff would have definitely solved these issues.
