There’s one big problem with Holacracy — — the vast majority of people either have an ill conceived view of what it is or don’t understand it at all.
I really believe that founders of this movement need to break it down step by step and show how it works in plain simple English — — use infographics if you need too.
Holocracy just might be what our companies need to have a better workplace. Call me a dumb ass, but the whole system just confuses the living daylights out of me.
If you make it easier to understand, I’m sure the adoption rates will increase signififcantly
