Totally disagree here. At some point you need to take the blinders off and see its not going to make it.

You need to realize that there is a fine line between loyalty and being on the street because you don’t have a job.

The small amount of equity you have been promised is now gone anyway.

And don’t think that there will be any severance pay. Chances are you’ll be fighting with wage and hour for you last paycheck and the IRS at the end of the year since they didn’t today your withholding and spent it elsewhere.

You gain nothing by going down with the ship except a lot of unpaid bills rent evictions, and car repossessions.

Get out while the gettings good.

You owe them nothing.

They are just going to file, fuck their investors, and start over

You are just a line item waiting to be cut.
