You need to be careful with #4 the job hopper. the candidate may have worked at one or two startups that did not scale for one reason or another. It does and it can happen.
I would certainly not want to miss out on some killer talent that wants to come back into the regular job market just because they had the guts to be a member of a startup team.
This guys/girls know the drill and how important it is to get shit done on time, Time is not on their side and they need to do it under budget — their is no escape net.
The talent pool from failed startup ventures has a ton of killer talent in it — -don’t overlook it.
